My first time creating a basketball mix was in 2012. My cousin and I both played ball and needed some film sent out. There weren't as many videographers at that time as there are now, so we had to use full game film recorded from the top of the bleachers. I started playing with it and soon just became the go-to for our edits and film. Then as time passed, I started editing footage for others that I was cool with but soon came the problem of not having any footage to edit. So it forced me to start recording and using my own footage. I went from recording rec games in the bleachers with an old handy cam, to recording baseline at Nike nationals and college games with a 4k sony camera.
